Downtown Sioux Falls, open since 2001
Fresh ladas,since 2001.
Mama’s is the only enchilada shop and wine bar in Sioux Falls. We’re on West 11th downtown, the salsa and the guacamole get made that morning, and a full lada with chips is twelve dollars.
- Open since 2001
- Mon to Sat, 11 to 9

The short version
A lada comes full or half. That’s most of the menu.
Ground beef or chicken, rolled, baked, and topped with lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Chips come with it. If you want one and not two, order a half and pay half.
What it’s like in here
One room, brick walls, and whatever was on the radio in 1994.
It’s a small place and it fills up at lunch. People come in on their own with a book and people come in six at a time. Both work.
Everything arrives on a different plate
Salsa made that morning
Guacamole, small or large
